Cold Case is a horror/thriller movie, starred by Prithiviraj sukumaran, Aditi Balan, Lakshmi Priya Chandramouli. This film is directed by Tanu Balak, and produced by : Jomon T. John, Shameer Muhamme. Streaming in Amazon Prime.

PLOT:

This film starts when a local fisherman founds Human skull, wrapped in plastic cover and thrown into lake. This sensational case is handled by ACP Sathyajith. In order to crack the case he have to find out not only the killer but also the victim. So he starts the investigation.

Meanwhile, a recently divorced, single mom(Medha Padmaja)who works as a journalist, moves to a new house with her child. Where she experience some paranormal presence. Being not a believer of ghost and paranormal stuffs, she seeks answer. Despite her belief, she seeks the help of a women who practices scrying. As a result she founds the answer, and came to know that ghost needs her help.

So both ACP Sathyajith and Medha Padmaja starts investigating, where at a certain point both meets. While exchanging the investigation, ACP founds the killer. Did they bought the killer to justice?

The story gives the thrills, and doesn’t make you look away. The acting of Prithviraj doesn’t seem appealing like his other movies. But everyone did a good job. The lighting, cinematography, background score plays a good role. For a good Horror/Thriller, this movie is just made it.
